Wholesale FAQ

Our Starter tier has a minimum of 10 units per SKU for a first order. There is no overall order dollar minimum to open an account — but individual SKU MOQs apply. Once you're an established account, we can sometimes accommodate smaller reorders for high-turn SKUs. Text us at 516-732-7272 if you have a specific situation.

Standard ocean freight is 28–35 days to East Coast ports from date of container departure. Production lead time (before shipping) is typically 30–45 days for in-catalog items, and 60–90 days for custom or private-label orders. Air freight is available for 5–8 day delivery at premium pricing. We also maintain some US-based inventory for fast-turn items — ask about our NJ stock program.

Yes. Approved wholesale accounts can order 1–3 units of most catalog items as samples. Samples are billed at slightly above wholesale cost to cover logistics, and the cost is typically credited toward your first full order. Contact us or text 516-732-7272 to arrange samples.

Yes — private label is available through our Distributor tier for orders of 200+ units per SKU. We can add your branding to the product, packaging, instruction sheets, and shipping cartons. Custom colorways and minor design modifications are also available. Lead time for private label orders is typically 75–90 days. Contact us for a private label kit and pricing.

Standard terms are 50% deposit to confirm production, balance due before shipment. Net-30 terms become available after 3 consecutive on-time paid orders for Dealer tier accounts. Net-45/60 terms are available for Distributor tier accounts by arrangement. We accept wire transfer, ACH, and major credit cards (2.9% surcharge on card payments over $5,000).

Yes. Our manufacturing partners maintain ISO 9001 certification and all products are tested for relevant US safety standards. We can provide test reports for CPSC and ASTM compliance on request. Some specialty products also carry CE marking for EU markets. If your buyers or chain accounts require specific certifications, let us know early in the ordering process.

We inspect all goods at the factory before shipping and provide photo documentation. Transit damage claims must be filed within 5 business days of delivery with photos of damage. We handle all freight claims on our end and will replace or credit damaged units as quickly as possible. We also strongly recommend cargo insurance, which we can arrange for all DDP shipments.
